Pastel hues and picturesque embellishments will be the major trends taking us through spring/summer 2011.
Nudes have been declared the new black and look more glamorous than ever thanks to a stylish new interpretation. They now come in a wide variety of shades, ranging from subtle sand to elegant café au lait. Delicate satin bows and sheer tulle panels add sophisticated visual details.
Additionally, stylised blossoms and floral mille fleur embroidery are further big trends of this summer season. Delicate piping and sheer macramé looks add a touch of individuality to the collections. Pastel ice-cream shades, soft aqua hues – from crisp sky blue to deep emerald green – get us in the mood for spring.
There is still a strong focus on shapewear and it will continue to take centre stage in the coming season. Smooth, invisible lingerie that subtly creates a beautiful figure is a major trend – high-power control fabrics and perfect cuts are crucial factors for optimum underpinnings.
The new spring-summer collection includes five new attractive Conturelle ranges and a functional Felina collection. The Joy range by Felina will already be available in the shops in September, and all Conturelle ranges will be retailed as of January 2011.
At our catwalk show in Paris 2010 you can see our latest autumn/winter trends live. The autumn/winter collections will be available at retail as of August 2010.
